International students meet Helen Clark - The Prime Minister's visit to Waikato filled all available audience places much quicker than excepted, leaving 100s of students unable to attend.

Her appearance at the Management School Thursday last week, which is part of her 2008 election campaign, filled every space in the 400-seat theatre, with students cramming into the aisles.

Outside hundreds more students tried to get in, but their efforts proved unsuccessful.
